Day 01
: Arrival from Delhi or from Chandigarh. Stay in
hotel/guest house at Manali.
Day 02:
Travel towards Solang Valley from Manali,
which is about 17 kms. from Manali. This journey
which starts from foothills of Himalayas and reaches
close to tale of Pir Panjal which is largest
Himalayan Range. The travel is through small towns
and villages of Himachal Pradesh which is promoting
ecotourism as a role model in India. Rest Day at
Solang Valley. Camp fine or celebration in evening. |

Day 03
: Solang - Dhundi - 4-5 hrs trek
A gentle walk along the bank of the river brings us
to our camp. Glimpses of Indrasan (6220m ) and Deo
Tibba ( 6000m ) are magnificent from here.
Overnight camp on full board basis.
Day 04
: Dhundi - Bakkar Thach 3540 -
Dhundi - 6 hrs trek. A gradual ascent involving
walking over loose rocks, remnants of glacier.

Day 05
: Bakkar Thach
- Beas Kund-Bakkar Thach : Shift of camp to Beas
Kund depends on good weather.
Day 06 :
Bakkar Thach -- Solang - Manali
Return to Solang and meet our prearranged transport
to Manali. |
